JTRE London is an integrated investor-developer-contractor founded in 2019 by one of Central Europe’s leading property developers JTRE, based in Slovakia. JTRE entered the UK real estate market in 2018 having acquired its first Prime Central London asset for development on the South Bank, the £450m mixed use scheme, Triptych Bankside. As part of its flagship development, Triptych Bankside, JTRE London has contributed over £1.5m to the delivery of a new campus for Art Academy London at Triptych Bankside.
Award winning Appleby Blue on Southwark Park Road, a project in partnership with United St. Saviour’s Charity is JTRE London’s second project. Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects, Witherford, Watson and Mann, Appleby Blue is a new Almshouse consisting of 57 new homes and community space.

Central European developer JTRE enters the UK real estate market by acquiring its first Prime Central London asset at 185 Park Street on the South Bank—the site that would become the flagship £450m mixed-use scheme, Triptych Bankside.
September 2019
JTRE officially establishes its UK branch, JTRE London Ltd.
June 2020
JTRE London secures a major £177 million construction loan from ICG Real Estate to fund the development of Triptych Bankside.
June 2021
JTRE London expands its Southwark portfolio, partnering with the United St Saviour’s Charity to develop Appleby Blue in Bermondsey—a progressive, 57-home social housing project and modern almshouse for the elderly.

JTRE London secures its first major UK accolades for Triptych Bankside. The development wins in two key categories: Mixed-Use Development and Residential Interior Apartment.

The physical structure of Triptych Bankside approaches full completion.

JTRE London hosts the Grand Unveiling of Triptych Bankside to celebrate the completion of the commercial and residential spaces.

Global consumer health company Haleon completes its fit-out and relocates its workforce into the commercial wing at One Triptych Place

JTRE London enjoys a highly successful sweep at the capital's premier housing awards, picking up five trophies.
Triptych Bankside is highly commended across three categories: Best Luxury Home, Best Apartment, and Development of Outstanding Architectural Merit.
Appleby Blue wins Best Retirement Development and takes home the Overall Grand Prix, the crowning award given to the single most outstanding project across the entire ceremony.

Triptych Bankside is named a national finalist at the British Homes Awards (Development of the Year), the Housebuilder Awards (Best Design), and the prestigious What House? Awards (nominated for Best Apartment, Best Exterior Design, and Best Luxury Development).
October 2023
JTRE London officially announces the simultaneous operational completion of its first two major developments: Triptych Bankside (fully let by late 2023) and the Appleby Blue senior living project.
January 2024
JTRE London acquires the site at 220 Blackfriars Road. In partnership with Southwark Charities, they map out a landmark £400 million, 22-storey Grade A office tower that integrates 64 affordable almshouses (Edward Edwards' House).

Appleby Blue transitions from a regional success to a design icon, being shortlisted for Housing Architecture Award at the globally renowned Dezeen Awards.
September 2024
JTRE London officially welcomes Art Academy London to Triptych Bankside. The independent art school and charity secures the 14,000 sq ft facility to anchor the development's cultural footprint adjacent to the Tate Modern.
May 2025
The Royal Institute of British Architects honours Appleby Blue with the RIBA London Award, praised by judges for its contemporary, community-centered response to loneliness in later life.
October 2025
JTRE London and the United St Saviour’s Charity achieve the ultimate pinnacle of British architecture. Appleby Blue (designed by Witherford Watson Mann) wins the 2025 RIBA Stirling Prize, earning the title of the UK’s best new building. On the same night, the project secures a historic hat-trick by taking home the Neave Brown Award for Housing and RIBA's Client of the Year award.
January 2026
JTRE London and Southwark Charities host an official breaking ground celebration to mark the start of construction on Edward Edwards' House at 220 Blackfriars following extensive Building Safety Regulation consultation.
